These General Terms of Use (GTU) aim to define the terms of access and use of the WIMIT application, published by PROXIMA SYSTEMS SASU.
WIMIT is a community platform connecting parents of students to organize, among themselves, school trips for their children, within a secure, traceable, and unremunerated framework.
WIMIT:
The platform solely enables connection between parents, members of the same school community, acting privately and voluntarily.
Each parent remains solely responsible for the trips they make or accept.
Access to WIMIT is reserved for:
Registration involves:
Each user is responsible for the use of their account and agrees not to share it.
Each user declares:
Registering a child under a parent's account is the sole responsibility of that parent.
WIMIT's functioning is based on:
Good Points are an internal virtual unit of the platform, with no monetary value and not exchangeable for financial remuneration.
No direct or indirect financial remuneration is allowed between users. Any misuse of the system (monetization, abuse, commercial use) will result in immediate account suspension or deletion.
In case of trip cancellation, debited Good Points may be automatically refunded according to WIMIT's operating rules, without this giving rise to any right to financial compensation.
Users commit to:
PROXIMA SYSTEMS reserves the right to suspend or delete any account presenting a risk to the community.
Each parent remains solely responsible for the behavior of their child(ren) during trips organized via WIMIT.
The driving parent reserves the right to refuse or interrupt the transport of a child in the event of behavior endangering the safety of the trip or the people present.
PROXIMA SYSTEMS does not intervene in any disputes that may arise between users regarding the behavior of transported children.
As part of using WIMIT, certain trips may be subject to real-time tracking based on the geolocation of the driving parent's mobile device, as well as informative notifications (departure, arrival, trip progress).
Users acknowledge that:
Using WIMIT involves sending automatic notifications, particularly by email, related to the creation, modification, cancellation, or republication of trips within the school community concerned.
The responsibility for effectively verifying the pickup and drop-off of children lies exclusively with the parents concerned.
Trips proposed via WIMIT are based exclusively on the voluntary participation of users.
Each parent is free to:
In the event of a trip cancellation by the driving parent after accepting passengers, the user acknowledges and accepts that the initial request may be automatically reactivated and made visible again to the school community concerned, in order to find another volunteer parent.
PROXIMA SYSTEMS does not guarantee in any case:
No compensation or indemnity can be claimed in the event of cancellation, refusal, or unavailability of a trip.
WIMIT may offer, as an option, features aimed at strengthening trust between users, in particular through the voluntary provision of documents or information (e.g., driver's license, insurance, vehicle information).
Users expressly acknowledge that:
PROXIMA SYSTEMS cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or validity of the information provided by users.
Schools may be referenced as prescribers of the service.

The use of WIMIT involves the collection of data necessary for the operation of the service (identity, children, trips, geolocation).
This data is processed in accordance with current regulations and the privacy policy accessible from the application.
PROXIMA SYSTEMS cannot be held liable for:
The company's liability is strictly limited to providing the technical platform.
The WIMIT application may be offered as part of pilot phases or tests.
In this context, users acknowledge that:
No obligation of result can be attributed to PROXIMA SYSTEMS within the framework of these phases.
Any breach of these GTU may result in:
These GTU may be modified at any time. Users will be informed of any updates and may be asked to accept them again.
The WIMIT application, its content, features, structure, as well as all graphic, textual, and technical elements composing it, are protected by intellectual property rights.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, total or partial, without prior written authorization from PROXIMA SYSTEMS, is strictly prohibited.
These GTU are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
